About Me

I have always been active since my early twenties, and maintained a decent level of fitness,
I decided I wanted to help more people get FIT for LIFE. With Medical practices the way they are and the unhealthy amount of pharmaceutical products out there coupled with labs playing with our food, add the encouragement to lead a sedentary lifestyle, we owe it to ourselves to stay as FIT as we can for as LONG as we can. We only have ONE body so why not give it the best shot we can to stay relatively healthy? 

I qualified as certified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2016. I am also REPS Certified in Gym-Based Boxing, Circuit Training and I am also REPS Level 1 Kettle Bells Instructor also acquired in 2016 later in the same year. I have also been a Martial Arts Student Under Sifu Mark Phillips for the last 25yrs , but have been a practitioner of Martial Arts for 31yrs in to date. Currently I am also an Assistant Instructor in under Sifu Phillips where I teach a Wing Chun Kung Fu class every week at the ‘London Wing Chun Academy based in Wood Green in North London.
